The Design/Build Two JLENS Sites project consisted of programming, design, and construction of two operational testing sites for the US Army JLENS program. This project is task order 0005 under the Design-Build MACC at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
The JLENS Program is a key part of the Joint Service solution for land-attack cruise missile defense. JLENS complements fixed-wing sensor capabilities and enables the US Armed Forces to achieve over-land cruise-missile defense in the littoral areas by providing surveillance, combat identification, and precision tracking.
CTI worked closely with Hill Air Force Base Civil Engineering Squadron and the JLENS Program Manager to coordinate all construction aspects in the completion of this design-build contract.
