CLEARFIELD JOB CORPS DORMS
CTI Construction performed as prime contract on this project consisting of two new two-story 136-bed dormitories the Clearfield Job Corps Center located in Clearfield, Utah. Each building consists of two-stories with a center commons area. The buildings are masonry and wood-framed structures. Each dormitory room is constructed for double-occupancy with a shared bathroom. Additional construction work included the demolition of an existing building to complete the landscaping plan surrounding the newly constructed dormitories.
