CTI contracted new electrical services, and an entire building electrical upgrade, with civil improvements to the Hansen Federal Building in Ogden, Utah.
The project included changing out and upgrading the building’s main service and the outdated electrical gear, including: panels, motor control center, transformers, generator, automatic transfer switch, buss duct, and all feeder wire.
The traffic gates were also removed and new strong-arm gates with new card access were installed. CTI ensured the entire building’s electrical system met or exceeded the current NEC requirements.
A new 4,000-square foot concrete delivery ramp was installed, and a new slurry coat and paint was used for the existing parking lot. All concrete pads, sidewalks, and bollards were replaced. The project was finished by improving site planter boxes, and the overall architectural appeal.
